Myatts Field North residents have moved into new homes this week, exactly a year since work started on the award-winning regeneration project.

The Myatts Field North project is a result of the close working partnership between Lambeth Council, local residents and Regenter that will provide over 300 new homes and improvements to other properties in the area, new streets, play areas, green areas and an open street layout to improve security on the estate.

Cllr Pete Robbins, cabinet member for Housing & Regeneration said:

“It’s great news that the first Myatt’s Field residents are moving into their brand new homes this week. We are committed to investing in better homes for our residents and Myatts Field is a great example of our commitment to delivering quality homes for our residents.”
