Lambeth Apprentices on track for success

Two apprentices working with Lambeth Council have been awarded their Level 3 BTEC National Certificate in Civil Engineering. Both Stefan Cuff who’s working in Transportation and Stephen Lucas, working in Highways, are on a three year apprenticeship programme in partnership with TfL.

The certificates were presented by Cllr Catherine West, Chair of London Council’s Transport & Environment Committee and Michele Dix, Managing Director, Planning Transport for London.

Other departments are also supporting apprentices – Kerri Smith and Cameron Sim are working with the planning team and Lambeth Council, in partnership with Lambeth College and employers across the borough is supporting the creation of 12 new Health and Social Care apprenticeship places.
